Raymond Byrne is a highly experienced golf coach dedicated to helping players of all levels improve their performance while keeping the game enjoyable and engaging. He believes golf is a lifelong pursuit that challenges us to be better, with the spirit of competition balanced by memorable experiences shared with friends—both new and old.

With thousands of hours of coaching experience, Raymond has worked extensively in one-on-one lessons as well as corporate events, teaching groups of up to 50 participants. His greatest strength lies in his ability to understand each golfer’s unique abilities, personal strengths, and limitations, allowing him to tailor coaching programs that deliver lasting results.

A Master Teaching Professional, Raymond holds specialized experience supporting golfers with special educational needs. He is also a recognized short game specialist, focusing on putting, chipping, and the critical scoring zone from 75 yards and in—often the most challenging and mentally demanding part of the game.

Raymond places strong emphasis on building sound fundamentals, structured development, and efficient mechanics, ensuring each golfer understands how posture and movement relate to an effective and repeatable golf swing. He coaches beginners, weekend golfers looking to gain a competitive edge, junior players, and elite competitive amateurs and professionals.
